Our Last Meeting for 2013

We held our last meeting for the year on Sunday, December 1, 2013.  The turnout was good and we all had a great time with the Rhody Bucks Auction, Raffles, Show, Share, and Tell, Mrs. Apron, and the painting program with Maureen VanHerpe.  Here are a pictures....enjoy.

December 1, 2013 Meeting

The business meeting will take place at 10:00.  We do not meet in January or February. Our next meeting in 2014 will be on March 9. 
We will also have the Rhody Buck's Auction at the December 1 meeting so do not forget to bring your Rhody Bucks to the meeting.

We had many beautiful items once again on our Show, Share, and Tell Table.  Marieanne Willis walked away with the people's choice award and rightly so.....just beautiful.  Thanks to everyone that shared their talent.  All the items were great.

Our meeting took place on Sunday with a great afternoon painting program with Elaine Dumas.

Our next meeting is on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at 10:00am at Vasa Hall in Cranston, RI.
Our afternoon painting program will be with Elaine Dumas....Fall Flag painted on Roc-lon in acrylics.  Please contact Elaine if you want to take this class elaine.dumas@earthlink.net.

Our chapter did an outstanding job in hosting this seminar.  The weekend was fun and relaxing and the food was abundant and delicious.  A big thank you to all the members and to Chris for a great weekend.

Seminar with Chris Haughey

Our seminar with Chris Haughey is Saturday,  July 13 and Sundy, July 14.  This will be a great weekend on painting and eating.  A Pot Luck Luncheon will be held on both days.  Not only are our members great artists they are also great chefs.  Don't miss out on this event.  Space is limited so if you are interested in this seminar, please contact Elaine Dumas at elainedumas@earthlink.net to reserve your seat.
